Stolen Guns Recovered
The guns were recovered in Malacca and a few policemen were involved according to a ChannelNewsAsia report.
The police should be lauded for having being able to solve this serious case so speedily.
The problem now ends up with the AG's office on how to handle this case.
Under Malaysia laws, possession of a firearm or even a live bullet can incur the death penalty.
However, if they treat this under ISA, the guilty party can just be locked up at the discretion of the Home Minister.
