Too Much Time on their Hands?

I find this story rather amusing.

The ACA directs a contractor to do repairs when they cannot prove corruption in the tender exercise.
They should focus their energies in so many prominent than get involved in simple contract rectification works.

Or have they already disposed of all the other cases?
