The Way to Solve Most of Malaysia’s Problems?

Just drop one word and we can have a good system to solve most of the complaints about ALL the authorities; not just the Police who are currently in the spotlight.

I refer to the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) that had been proposed after the last royal inquiry.

But since no action has been taken to set up this body, maybe the police will not feel so bad if this Independent Commission is not so exclusive.

After all we had had serious complaints about APs, English teaching, gangster local councils, more police abuse and millions of missing tourists.

Why don’t the authorities be proactive and take three steps forward and set up an Independent Complaints and Misconduct Commission (ICMC) so that problems in all departments can be handled?

If we are really serious about good governance, such an ICMC could be the way to more effective delivery systems.
We really could have government departments smelling as sweet as roses!
