Is ASEAN just an Interminable Round of this?

It is really a disgrace that both Malaysia and Indonesia have not really bothered to work out early action plans to prevent the annual haze problem.

As founder members of ASEAN, perhaps the leaders are too busy playing golf and entertaining each other to grand banquets than solving problems that can affect the national health.

It should not be too difficult to exchange information on a regular basis so that action can be taken before major population centers are affected.

Perhaps we should report Indonesia to the UN Security Council for trying to use a weapon of mass destruction?
