Thank You for Being Patient!

As a qualified engineer of yesteryear, I am ashamed to admit I am not really that computer savvy.

I have to depend on my wife to iron out most glitches that occur in my system. So my modem has been dead for 2 weaks now and the people from the ISP came and confirmed that the modem was faulty.
