Ignore at Your Own Peril!

An incident like this can kill you as a full tank will weigh more than 680 kg or more than half a tonne.
The local authorities are supposed to do an inspection but that can take some time.

Someone at the local government should get a public safety announcement to these residents before someone gets killed.

The safest method is to empty the tanks and wait for the work to rectify the weak supports.
The more practical method is to empty the tanks and then fill up just sufficient for your family's daily needs until the fault is rectified. This would be perhaps six inches of water or fill for 40 minutes each day; whichever is easier to implement.

This requires immediate action.
