Grand Prize* For New Malaysian Reality TV Show?
Someone suggested it would be appropriate to start a new show based on the famous Donald Trump series called The Apprentice but the Malaysian version would be called the APprentice.
This program will be open to all unemployed graduates. Perhaps 1000 such graduates will form teams of 10 persons and each team will be given 200 APs to start their business in the car trade. Also RM50,000 grant will be given for the team to operate during the first year.
These APs will be tradeable in that the teams can sell the APs for cash.
Teams that sell no cars but just APs will be eliminated after the first year.
Teams that sell some cars will receive an amount equal to the cars sold for the second year.
Teams that actually sell all the cars with a proper business model will be given an extra 10% for subsequent years.
Teams will be multi-racial and each team must have 7 Bumi graduates.
Teams will be formed after a week-end seminar for all interested parties.
Companies can sponsor the RM50,000 grant and also provide a business advisor for which they can promote their brands.
The winning team is determined after 5 years of the program or until no team qualifies for further APs, whichever is earlier.
(*AP not included)

I read this term APprentice from elsewhere and am not sure who was the clever one.
