More Form than Substance

There is a saying that "Justice is Blind" but the recent suggestion to remove the dock seems to indicate that justice can also be dumb.

I think the accused is more concerned if justice is dispensed in a timely manner with minimal delays and he can be assured that he does not become a victim of the "mysterious death syndrome" while in police custody.

That would be better than trying to arrange the furniture in the court.
