A Nation of Crooks

Sunday's New Straits Times front page has a worrying story.
It appears that we are becoming a nation of crooks.

Perhaps Dr M's description of corruption being "over the table" also extends across the board.

Kudos to the SOSCO agents for uncovering the scams but what has been the action taken against the doctors, the agents and even possibly those working in cahoots within the department?
