I Don't Think Mike Brown is Responsible for This...
In the wake of Hurricane Katrina fall-out where it appears there was poor communications between the state and federal authorities,the head of FEMA has resigned.
Closer to home in peaceful Kuching we have police cars parked in the depot as they have no fuel to operate.
Vision2020 anyone?
